its going so fast...
09.04.2011 - 20.04.2011
So since we are leaving China the end of June, it is really setting in how short the remainder of our trip really is! We are making preparations for our return and working in the studio to have interesting works to show.
We have a few pictures from a lovely outing with friends to have dim sum, otherwise known as Cantonese "morning tea". We also went to see an amazing art opening at the Fei Gallery in downtown which featured some amazing Chinese artists who made their own instruments. They had a live concert with the instruments they made by hand and it was very impressive!

Also, we recently had an opening for our show with our oil painting studio, Studio 1. The show is "The Sun at Eight O' Clock" 3rd Exhibition. The show turned out really great, on the third floor of GAFA's beautiful art museum. We were lucky enough to get the chance to make a catalogue of the work in the show, and we were all excited to have a piece featured in it.

Also, our professer Yu Ji made his way back to Guangzhou for a couple of days, so we got to attend his lecture and hang out a little before he left.
